Teaching Resources
Welcome to the area of our website dedicated to teachers and those involved in the education of young people. Using the marine environment of the west coast of Scotland as our theme, we have developed lesson ideas and activities to cover a wide range of topics. We have materials to cover both primary and secondary age ranges and all are linked to the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence.
Our resources can be downloaded for free and can be printed off on your own printer. While we have tried to keep them simple so they won't take hours to download, those resources which contain pictures may take a few minutes. We hope you will be patient. Some of these resources have been shared on the Times Educational Supplement (TES) website.
We are continuing to develop our resources and so very much welcome feedback to help us shape future resources. Please let us know your experiences of using our resources - what worked well, what could be improved, or suggestions for topics or concepts that you would like covered in the future and we will do our best to incorporate your ideas.
